• Payment terms (advance amount, balance due date, and accepted payment methods) will be shared at the time of booking.
• Your booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the specified advance payment and you receive a written confirmation from us.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Our general cancellation and refund rules are outlined on our Cancellation & Refund page. Specific trip-level terms (if any) shared at the time of booking will override the general policy.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking.
• Follow all instructions given by trek leaders, guides, and support staff for your safety and the safety of the group.
• Maintain basic fitness levels appropriate for the selected trek or activity and inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
• Respect local communities, culture, environment, and "leave no trace" principles.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

Mountains and outdoor environments are unpredictable. We may modify itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, local regulations, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent alternative. Refunds or compensation in force majeure situations will be handled as per our policies and at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions for your safety, trekking and adventure activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings, travel insurance, and any medical expenses incurred.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property
